Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to obranchhc.com and the CareMatch portals for caregivers, clients and families, and Olive Branch staff (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Olive Branch Home Care LLC (“Olive Branch,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not for emergencies
The Site is not monitored around the clock and is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger or has urgent medical symptoms, call 911. For time-sensitive care questions, call us at 315-217-1275.
Nonmedical support only
Olive Branch provides private-pay, nonmedical companion support. Nothing on the Site is medical, nursing, legal or financial advice. Talk with a qualified professional about medical or legal questions.
Accounts
- CareMatch accounts are created by Olive Branch. Public self-registration is not available.
- Each account is for one person. Do not share your password or let anyone else sign in as you.
- Keep your contact details current and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
- We may suspend or close an account that is misused, no longer needed, or puts other people’s information at risk.
Information you provide
Please make sure what you enter is accurate and that you have permission to share it. If you share information about another person, such as a parent or spouse receiving care, you confirm you are authorized to do so. Only share what a form asks for, and never enter Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers or passwords unless we specifically ask for them through a secure method.
How CareMatch suggestions work
CareMatch scores, profiles, assessments and suggested matches are tools that help our team and families think about fit. They are not a promise of any placement, schedule, number of hours or outcome. Final decisions about services are made by people, not by the Site. The terms of any services are set out in a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Acceptable use
- Use the Site only for its intended purpose and only to view information that belongs to you or your household.
- Do not try to access other people’s accounts or records, test or bypass security, or copy data from the Site in bulk.
- Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, or that shares someone’s private information without permission.
Our content
The Site’s design, text, CareMatch name, tools and materials belong to Olive Branch or its licensors. You may use them for your own care or work with Olive Branch, but not copy, resell or reuse them for other purposes without our written permission.
Other services
The Site works with outside services, such as our hosting, scheduling and messaging providers. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply to how they handle information. We are not responsible for sites or services we do not control.
Availability and limits
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Olive Branch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Website Privacy Notice, CareMatch Portal Privacy Notice and Text Message Terms explain how we handle information and texts.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
